Client Materials: The client retains all rights and ownership over the materials, logos, and trademarks provided to us for the execution of the services.
Fees for digital marketing services will be charged as outlined in the signed Service Agreement.
Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule (e.g., monthly retainer or upfront advance).
Delays in payment may result in a temporary suspension of services or campaign management.
While Business On Internet strives to deliver the best possible visibility and growth using industry-standard SEO and marketing practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings or instant financial returns, as search engine algorithms and market conditions change frequently.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
